Willow Cottage
On the edge of our estate lies our latest holiday cottage to be lovingly restored – Willow Cottage. The first cottage of its kind to be available on the Estate Yard - which infact used to be Wolterton’s old village in 1332. It has been extensively renovated and offers a cosy retreat in a secluded location.

The cottage has three stylish double bedrooms, each with an Ensuite. One of these bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a spectacular marble wet room. You will also find a beautiful 18th century chimney, an open fire and a private, fully enclosed garden with a lovely Willow tree. Perfect for your four legged friends to enjoy a special holiday too.

BEDROOMS: 1 kingsize bedroom on the ground floor and wet room and one double and one kingsize upstairs. All Vispring beds with Egyptian cotton linen and goose down pillows and duvets.
BATHROOMS: Downstairs wet room with marble tiles, Hans Grohe rainfall shower and vanities. Upstairs, we have a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, basin and loo plus an additional loo and basin.
LIVING: Sitting Room furnished with period pieces and original artwork.
KITCHEN AND EATING: Kitchen/dining room with Rangemaster cooker, Bosch washing machine, tumble dryer and integrated dishwasher. Fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine. Handmade, hand painted kitchen.
ENTERTAINMENT: Smart TV, board games and X Box and bluetooth speaker of request.
OUTSIDE: Large front garden with grass and herbaceous beds, parking for 3 cars. Pretty enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with patio and raised beds. Fire pit/BBQ and outside seating for 6 guests.
