The Gate House
A Grade II listed building at the entrance of the park. The stone columned portico was brought from St Anne’s house, Kings Lynn in 1914.
The GAte HOUSE
Charming Georgian cottage with private gardens situated at the entrance to the Estate. Steeped in history, this is the most recent house to be renovated to its former glory and offers guests a delightful home with mature private garden.
We offer all our guests a unique opportunity to view the main Hall during their stay.
Accommodation for up to 5 guests, prices from £1053 for a three night stay.
BEDROOMS: 2 double and 1 single bedroom with Vi-Spring pocket sprung beds, Egyptian linen and goose down pillows and duvets.
BATHROOMS:2 en suite bathrooms, one with ‘Jack and Jill’ doors leading to the single and one double bedroom. Beautifully appointed with cast iron baths and Burlington basins. Additional downstairs cloakroom.
KITCHEN AND EATING: Spacious and quirky Kitchen/Breakfast Room fitted with freestanding units and Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
LIVING: Cosy Sitting Room decorated with period furniture and Persian rugs. Open fire. Wood panelled Dining Room and additional Study/Play room with sofa bed.
ENTERTAINMENT: TV with Freeview and DVD player. Board games and X Box and bluetooth speaker on request.
OUTSIDE: Ample parking off the Hall’s main drive. Private wrought iron fenced garden with outhouse. Outdoor seating and BBQ area. Less than 5 minute walk to our local, the Saracens Head for those looking for a simple supper.
